Single DLL for the .NET forecasting SDK

Two months ago, we were releasing the first version of the Lokad Software Development Kit for .NET. At the time, the package was containing no less than 7 assemblies (i.e. .dll files). Obviously, this situation wasn't so practical, forcing developers to include multiple references in their Visual Studio projects.

The latest version significantly improves this situation: our SDK now fits into a single assembly.

Also, do not hesitate to drop questions on the Lokad forums if you have any trouble getting started with those libraries. The Lokad team will be happy to assist you.
